John

Born outside of Chicago, John moved to the Metro Detroit area at the age of 3. At a young age his parents began telling him, "You're going to create something that will impact the world." Those words have stuck with him throughout his life forming a mindset that constantly drives him to strive for change around him. During his college experiences, he discovered that real change comes through the ability to change lives. Seeing people like Andrew Carnegie and Bill Gates creating masses of jobs by donating their fortunes inspired John to change lives by becoming an entrepreneur. While attending Oakland University in his final year, he was told about Bizdom U and immediately recognized the potential of the program. John plans on entering into the food service industry and later diversifying into other areas of business once he completes the Bizdom U program. Transforming the economic and cultural landscape of Detroit stays on the forefront of his life goals.
