If accepted into Bizdom U, recruits will receive:
- The personal involvement and vision of Dan Gilbert, one of the country's top entrepreneurs, who is the founder and chairman of Rock Financial/Quicken Loans and the majority owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
- One year of practical, street-smart, real world, part-time training, taught by dynamic, engaging, and successful entrepreneurs.
- A state-of-the-art training center in the heart of Detroit's Cultural Center.
- Residence (i.e. or a living stipend) and all meals at a new residential tower with access to recreation centers and other campus amenities.
- High-tech tools used in the real business world (e.g. laptops and Blackberries).

Graduates from the program that get their business plans approved, will receive our facilitation in:
- Obtaining an expected investment into the business likely in the range of between $25,000 to $500,000 invested over time, which may be based on milestones and performance.
- Providing graduates with a share of equity in the business.
- Creating a plan to grow the business, providing graduates with increased equity in the business over time.
